- Publish the widget on production pages.
Before publishing
- The website URL points to the real public site.
- Knowledge sources are indexed and current.
- Answer rules match the brand voice and support boundaries.
- The lead form is short enough for visitors to complete quickly.
- Handoff webhooks are configured and tested.
- The widget opens and closes correctly on desktop and mobile.
