Terms of Service
These terms explain the basic rights, responsibilities, and limits that apply when you use the SiteAiAgent website, workspace, chat widget, API, and related services.
1. Acceptance of terms
Welcome to SiteAiAgent. By visiting the website, creating an account, creating a workspace, installing the chat widget, using the API, or using any related service, you agree to these Terms of Service.
If you use the service on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms on its behalf. In that case, "you" also includes that organization.
2. Service description
SiteAiAgent provides AI support, knowledge base answers, lead capture, chat widgets, human handoff, tool calling, log analytics, and related workspace capabilities for websites. Specific features may vary by plan, configuration, region, third-party services, and product stage.
We may continuously improve the service, including adding, changing, or removing features. We will try to avoid unreasonable impact on core usage.
3. Accounts and permissions
- You must provide true, accurate, and complete account information and keep it updated.
- You are responsible for protecting login credentials, API keys, embed codes, workspace permissions, and team member access.
- You are responsible for activity through your account, workspace, or integrations, unless the activity is directly caused by us.
- If you discover unauthorized access, credential leakage, or a security risk, contact us promptly through the SiteAiAgent website or in-workspace support channel.
4. Plans, fees, and payment
Some services may be available through a free trial or free plan. Prices, limits, features, and billing cycles for paid plans are shown on product pages, order pages, or separate agreements.
If you purchase a paid service, you authorize us or our payment provider to charge fees for the selected plan. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions may renew automatically until canceled or terminated.
Plan limits may include Agents, AI replies, knowledge storage, human handoff, API tools, branding removal, Open API, and other features. If limits are exceeded, related features may be restricted, paused, or require an upgrade.
5. Customer content and visitor data
You retain rights to customer content uploaded, configured, or processed through the service. You grant us a necessary, limited, non-exclusive license to provide, maintain, protect, and improve the service for you.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to process and submit customer content, visitor chat records, lead information, and other data to the service. You are also responsible for providing website visitors with required privacy notices, consent options, and legally required information.
You must not upload or process illegal content, infringing content, malicious code, or highly sensitive personal information unrelated to the purpose of the service.
6. Acceptable use
- Do not use the service for illegal, fraudulent, harassing, discriminatory, hateful, violent, spam, phishing, malware, or rights-infringing activity.
- Do not attempt to bypass plan limits, security mechanisms, access controls, rate limits, model safety policies, or billing mechanisms.
- Do not reverse engineer, scrape, copy, or abuse the service, SDK, APIs, model outputs, or system resources unless permitted by law or our written consent.
- Do not use the service for high-risk contexts such as medical diagnosis, legal conclusions, financial investment advice, emergency response, life safety, or other decisions requiring independent professional judgment.
- Do not mislead visitors into believing AI replies are always generated by a human, or promise unverified outcomes, prices, policies, inventory, compliance conclusions, or service commitments.
7. AI outputs and human review
AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or inconsistent with your business policies. You should configure reliable knowledge bases, answer rules, human handoff, and review workflows, and you remain responsible for content shown to visitors.
SiteAiAgent is intended to assist support and business communication and should not replace professional judgment. For important, complex, sensitive, or high-risk questions, you should direct visitors to human support or qualified professionals.
8. Third-party services
The service may depend on or integrate with third-party services, such as identity login, payments, cloud infrastructure, databases, AI models, email, analytics, support systems, or external tools you configure. Third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
We will try to help troubleshoot impacts caused by third-party service failures, limitations, price changes, policy changes, or your configuration errors, but we are not responsible for the third-party services themselves.
9. Intellectual property
SiteAiAgent and its software, interfaces, SDK, documentation, brand, designs, and underlying technology are owned by us or our licensors. Except as expressly allowed by these terms, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works from them.
You retain rights to customer content. You may use conversation records, leads, and configuration data obtained through the service, subject to these terms and applicable law.
10. Confidentiality and data protection
Both parties should reasonably protect non-public information encountered while using the service. We process personal information according to our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection requirements.
If you need a data processing agreement, security attachment, or enterprise compliance document, contact us through the SiteAiAgent website or in-workspace support channel.
11. Suspension and termination
You may cancel a subscription, delete a site, or stop using the service according to product functionality or separate agreement. After cancellation, you may still have access through the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.
If you violate these terms, fail to pay fees, create security risk, abuse the service, or expose us to legal risk, we may limit, suspend, or terminate access, with advance notice where reasonable.
12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, fully secure, or that AI outputs will always be accurate, complete, or fit for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, consequential damages, or loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or data. Any total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the relevant service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to liability.
13. Updates and contact
We may update these terms as the service, law, or operations change. Material changes will be communicated through the website, workspace, or other reasonable means. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the updated terms.
If you have questions about these terms, contact us through the SiteAiAgent website or in-workspace support channel.
